Highly trained technical support representatives will provide phone support between the hours of 8AM (CST) and 4PM (CST) Monday through Sunday. Representatives will address and correct issues that may arise and help you get back up and running. If a product replacement is required, further steps will be discussed. This Advanced Technical Support service term is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can be extended on a yearly basis by visiting your Facility Admin account.
